It will be preceded by two book launches by the Torkel Opsahl Academic EPublisher (TOAEP), the publishing arm of CILRAP, on the Historical Origins of International Criminal Law and the Proposed Crimes Against Humanity Convention, with a range of eminent academics and practitioners. It will be followed by a brief update on the ICC Legal Tools Project.
